When does my order start?
Check the average completion time on the price list and service pages. Busy hours can add a little time.
What are the 45-day and 90-day refill tiers?
Tiers for followers, subscribers and reactions. Within that period, drops are topped up when you request a refill from your order history. Standard has no refill and costs less.
Instant start or Spread out, what is the difference?
Delivery speed for views and plays. Instant start delivers as soon as the order begins; Spread out splits the daily amount over several days.
Can I cancel an order?
While it is pending, cancel it from your order history and the full amount returns to your balance. Started orders run to the end.
What if not everything is delivered?
The order becomes Partial and the undelivered part is refunded to your balance.
What do I need to sign up?
Pick a username and a password. You can add an email later if you want a second way to log in.
What is the minimum top-up?
$50 is the floor and $10,000 the ceiling per top-up. Visitors from some countries see a lower floor of half that on the wallet page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Seven coins: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC. Stablecoins also ask for a network (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20 or Solana).
How much is the top-up bonus?
It starts at +20% for $100 and climbs in steps (+25% at $200, +30% at $300, +35% at $500, +40% at $1,000, +45% at $3,000) up to +50% at $5,000. Typed amounts use the step at or below them.
When does my top-up arrive?
As soon as the network confirms your transfer. Some chains need a few blocks, so timing varies by coin.
Can I order through an API?
Yes. Create an API key in Settings and send requests to https://panelsof.com/api/v2 in the common SMM panel v2 format.
I forgot my password.
If your account has an email, contact Support with the Account type. If you are still logged in on a device, change it in Settings.
How are prices calculated?
Each service has a price per 1,000, scaled to your quantity. The cheapest service right now: $0.012 per 1,000.
