Refund Policy

  1. 01Refunds go to your balance

    Every refund returns to your panelsof balance, ready for your next order.

  2. 02Cancels

    Cancel a pending order from your order history for a full refund. Started orders run to the end.

  3. 03Partial orders

    If only part of an order is delivered, the undelivered quantity is refunded to your balance.

  4. 04Refills

    45-day and 90-day refill tiers top up drops within that period. Standard has no refill and costs less.

  5. 05When no refund applies

    Quantities that could not be delivered because the link was wrong, the account went private, or the username or link changed during the order are not refunded.
