  1. 01What we collect

    Your username, email if you add one, a one-way password hash, member number, sign-up date, balance, and records of orders, top-ups and support tickets.

    The network address used at sign-up is kept only as a one-way hash to limit the number of accounts.

  2. 02Social media data

    Orders take public links only. We never collect social media logins or passwords, and we use no ad tracking or analytics tools.

  3. 03Passwords

    Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes and checked at login. Email is used only for login and verifying it is you.

  4. 04Cookies

    Two cookies only: one keeps you logged in, one remembers your language.

  5. 05Keeping and deleting data

    Order records are kept because they are needed to check progress and handle refunds. To delete your account, log in and contact Support with the Account type. This works even before your first top-up.
